From Luton/Dunstable (A6)

Leave luton on the A6. Follow signs for Bedford.

As you approach the outskirts on Bedford you will reach a roundabout - go straight on (Bedford)

At the next roundabout also go straight on into "Ampthill road" past the Mercedes & VW garages.

Keep straight on. You will go past Bedford hospital A&E

Entrance on your left. At the roundabout go straight on (over bridge)

At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into "Rope walk"

Stay in the left hand lane. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit into "Longholme way" this will take you over the river bridge

Go straught over the next roundabout and then take the 3rd exiton the left into "Castle road"

Take the 6th exit on the left which is York street (clean stream dry cleaners on the corner)

The practice is 1/2 way down on the right hand side.
