From the M1/A421 (Milton Keynes)

Leave the M1 at Junction 13 / leave Milton Keynes on A421

Follow signs to bedford (A421)

At the outskirts of Bedford/Kempston you will approach a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit (Bedford/Cambridge)

At the next roundabout take the 1st exit (Bedford/Ampthill)

You will go past retail park. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit (Bedford). This will take you under rail bridge.

At the next roundabout take the 1st exit (Bedford). Go into the right hand lane.

At the next roundabout go straight on (2nd exit). This will take you into "Ampthill road" past the Mercedes & VW garages.

Keep straight on. You will go past Bedford hospital A&E

Entrance on your left. At the roundabout go straight on (over bridge)

At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into "Rope walk"

Stay in the left hand lane. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit into "Longholme way" this will take you over the river bridge

Go straight over the next roundabout and then take the 3rd exit on the left into "Castle road"

Take the 6th exit on the left which is York street (clean stream dry cleaners on the corner)

The practice is 1/2 way down on the right hand side.
